Our herd consists of 15-20 sows with most being pure York. We farrow January through March and again in July through September. We sell in our very own “Genetic Power Pig Sale” the 3rd Friday every April. We also have private treaty sales at the farm in April and take pigs to the Fall Classic in November.

Thank you for taking time to visit our website!

We are located in West Central Ohio, approximately 40 miles north of Dayton, Ohio and approximately 70 miles west of Columbus, Ohio. When you are in the area, just give us a call or an e-mail to set up an appointment. It would be our pleasure to answer your questions and show you our herd or pig crop.

A heartfelt THANKS goes out to everyone for their kind words and comfort they have provided us since Easter Sunday! Tears were shed, hugs were given, prayers said, food came, and oh man, that social media thing.  WOW!  We live in a small community, or so we thought.  The outpouring of support has once again been massive and it is NOT just from our small immediate community.  We have done a lot of reflecting, discussions have been had, and not going to lie, cursing ....Just when we thought we could cry no more, more texts came.  Such as, “we are interested in looking at the 24” and “it won’t be the same without one of your pigs.”  The roller coaster of emotions came once again.  Which says more to us than you know.  It proves that it’s NOT just a business transaction to you.

It is true that we have sustained a shock and a great loss, while meeting with contractors and making plans to remodel we have also continued  to monitor the health of the remaining show pigs.  After much thought and consideration, we have determined to offer 20 show pigs for sale.  We believe the simplest way is to have an auction on these 20 as originally planned.  The board sale will take place on Saturday, April 18.    The barn will open at 2pm and the final bid off will take place at 3:30pm. We continue to maintain high standards and will stand behind your purchases 100%.  The location of the sale will take place at 7840 Emerick Road, West Milton, Ohio, at the home of Matt & Carrie Welbaum.  A BIG thanks goes out to their family for allowing us to have the sale and providing continued care for the pigs.

Please feel free to call or text Chris 937-726-4237.  Here’s a little bit about the offering.

Litter 25 – Undisputed x Ultra – farrowed January 18 – These crossbred blue butts are out of a consistent litter of 13 and are extremely heavy boned, thick topped and blend into a very complete package.  There are several high quality barrows and few gilts that will be perfect for July fairs.

Litter 26 – Yet Again x Turn On – farrowed February 1 – This Yorkshire litter is simply outstanding and has been popular all spring. This litter has the width, muscle and bone that balances out for this stage of the game.  We consider these some of the top Yorkshires we have produced.  We will be offering three barrows and five gilts.

Comer Show Pigs  -will be bringing some mid-February crossbreds, which will feature pigs out of the mother of the Williams County Grand Champion.  Feel free to call or text Jay at 937-580-5332.

We thank you for your support, loyalty and most of all your friendship.

Thanks to all of the bidders, participants, parents and buyers from our sales this year!

We are very excited about this show season and wish everyone the best of luck!
